- Connect an OpenAI-compatible provider selected by you
While NoteFormula strives to provide accurate and high-quality tools, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of syllabus parsing and study material generation. Users acknowledge that the generated content is intended for supplementary use and should be independently verified for academic purposes.
The Services are subject to updates, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our Services without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use NoteFormula. By accessing our Services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Account Responsibilities

PDX does not sell subscriptions, plans, or credits. You provide your own API key for an OpenAI-compatible provider.
Your selected provider may charge for API usage. Those charges, limits, refunds, and provider availability are governed by your agreement with that provider, not PDX.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials generated by NoteFormula, including study guides and PDFs, are provided for personal use only. Redistribution or resale of generated content is prohibited.
NoteFormula retains all rights to its software, branding, and proprietary algorithms.
9. Liability Disclaimer
NoteFormula provides study materials and resources as-is. While we strive to ensure accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteFormula's liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our Services is limited to the amount you have paid to NoteFormula, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
NoteFormula is not liable for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in study materials.
- Any damages resulting from the use of our Services.
